The present invention provides an object recognition stick for the blind, capable of preventing a safety-related accident in advance, which comprises: a GPS module in a stick which is a walking assistance means for the blind; a ultrasound module for detecting a surrounding object so as to respond to an unexpected incident by recognizing the object; a camera unit for recognizing the object; and a gyroscope for correcting blurring of the camera unit.
