receiving a verification file at a client application; accessing a file through the client application; determining whether the accessed file includes a reference to a workflow component of a workflow stored on a server using the received verification file, and applying rules in the verification file to the accessed file to determine whether the workflow component should be activated; retrieving the workflow component from the server in response to determining that the workflow component should be activated; and displaying the workflow component referenced by the accessed file including displaying at least one selectable workflow management option to manage the workflow component using the client application. |
