The TFT array substrate comprises upper and lower layer electrodes insulating from each other, wherein the upper layer electrode has slits, the slits comprising at least one pair of angles of less than or equal to 90°; the lower layer electrode is a whole-plane electrode. The lower layer electrode has absent regions, and each of the absent regions corresponds to the corresponding angle of less than or equal to 90° of the slits of the upper layer electrode.
