An opening unit of a bottle storing the concentrate of a liquid disinfectant is sealed by a closing unit. A bottle opening/closing unit breaks the closing unit, so that an upper portion of the closing unit partially remains as a connecting portion. The closing unit is bent from the connecting portion to the inside of the bottle, so that an outlet for the concentrate is formed. After the concentrate is discharged, a liquid cleanser from a nozzle cleans the inside of the bottle. The nozzle is arranged at a position where the liquid cleanser does not collide with the closing unit and higher than the level of restored liquid cleanser. The bottle opening/closing unit has a blade unit to make a cutout in the closing unit. The concentrate exiting from the cutout is discharged through a liquid discharge path formed on an outer surface of the bottle opening/closing unit. |
