The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a zinc sulfide thin film and a thin film solar cell using the same. The method for manufacturing a zinc sulfide thin film includes the following steps: preparing a substrate, a zinc precursor solution, and a sulfur precursor solution individually; preparing a mixture by mixing the zinc precursor solution and the sulfur precursor solution in a micro reactor; and forming a thin film on the heated substrate by spraying the mixture to smash against the substrate.
