The present invention relates to a membrane of a tank for cryogenic fluid storage and, more specifically, to a membrane of a tank for cryogenic fluid storage capable of serving as required strength maintenance and heat shrink absorption while complex cross-corrugated structure can be omitted, easily automating by lapping welding as a welding part consists of a plane and a plane, and improving the productivity and quality. According to the present invention, the membrane of a tank for cryogenic fluid storage comprises: multiple plate members arranged to be horizontal; multiple length members located on the boundary between the plate member and installed to surround the edge of the plate member, and wherein multiple plate members are connected in a longitudinal direction; and a first corrugation formed in the length member.
