The present invention relates to a transformant transformed by Glut-1 gene and to a culturing method thereof and, especially to Chlamydonomas hedleyi transformed by Glut-1 gene and to a culturing method increasing biomass of the transformant to be used in mass production of MAA. The Chlamydonomas hedleyi transformant according to the present invention is microalgae transformed by Glut-1 gene to be used in mass production of MAA like shinorine and porphyra through the culturing method increasing biomass of the transformant.
