The present invention relates to a cutting press unit for a touch screen panel which does not require an additional worker for removing scraps and does not stop operation as scraps from pattern holes in various shapes which are accumulated in a press unit when a touch panel is cut are periodically discharged to the outside. The cutting press unit comprises: a mold plate which is made of metal and cuts the touch panel from a panel sheet in a state that an external shape cutting blade and at least one pattern hole cutting blade are formed; a magnet block which has a lower side to which the mold plate is fixated and includes an insertion hole which is formed in a location corresponding to the pattern hole cutting blade and receives the pattern hole scraps cut by the pattern hole cutting blade when the touch panel is cut; a press block which is arranged on an upper portion of the magnet block in a state that an elevation shaft of a press is joined, has a penetration hole, penetrating in the direction across a lengthwise direction of the magnet block, and a communication hole for making the penetration hole communicate with the insertion hole which are formed on a lower side thereof, and accumulates the pattern hole scraps, inserted through the insertion hole, in the penetration hole; and a pushing means which is arranged on one side of the press block, goes in and out of the penetration hole of the press block to push the pattern hole scrap, and discharges the pattern hole scrap. |
