1. A system of providing pressurized fluid to the eye, comprising:
at least one pressurized gas source communicatively coupled to at least one irrigation fluid source; at least one vent tube communicatively coupled to the at least one irrigation fluid source and the at least one pressurized gas source, wherein the at least one vent tube is disposed within the at least one fluid irrigation source; and a handpiece for dispensing irrigation fluid from the at least one irrigation fluid source at a desired pressure, wherein the desired pressure is partially regulated by adjusting the height of the at least one vent tube relative to the at least one fluid irrigation source.
