The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for antioxidation, skin clearing, and wrinkle amelioration, which contains, as active ingredients, one or more extracts of ingredients selected among the group composed of turnip, turnip leaves, and a turnip callus. In addition, the present invention further relates to a production method thereof. The cosmetic composition of the present invention shows effects of eliminating free radicals, clearing skin, and ameliorating wrinkles on skin, thereby being able to be used as a cosmetic composition for antioxidation, skin clearing, or wrinkle amelioration.
