The present invention relates to an impact-absorbing packing bag for carrier protection and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an impact-absorbing packing bag for carrier protection which prevents a scratch on a surface of luggage, namely a carrier or damage to the carrier caused by carelessness when carrying the carrier to a transport conveyor at an airport or a port, allow a user to use a handle to carry the carrier for convenient use, allow for recycling, facilitate manufacture, and reduce manufacturing costs, and a manufacturing method thereof. To achieve the objectives, the impact-absorbing packing bag for carrier protection according to the present invention protects a carrier, and comprises: a main body having a carrier accommodation unit surrounded by a plurality of air cells; a first exposure hole disposed on a center of one side of an upper portion of the main body, through which an upper handle of the carrier can pass; and an opening part wherein a lower portion of the main body is opened to expose wheels of the carrier. |
