摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an anode support for a solid oxide fuel cell which improves the performance and long-term stability of a cell by controlling coarsening of a nickel particle by using a nickel/yttria stabilized zirconia composite having an equally distributed fine structure. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: mixing 55 to 65 wt% of 200 to 300 nm spherical nickel powder with 45 to 35 wt% of 100 to 200 nm yttria stabilized zirconia powder; drying the same in an oven having 150 to 200°C for 12 to 16 hours in order to evaporate adhesive water and combined water which exist in mixed powder; manufacturing nickel/yttria stabilized zirconia (Ni/YSZ) composite powder through a mechano-fusion under a condition of 5000 to 7000 rpm of a mixing speed and 10 to 20 minutes of mixture time; mixing activated carbon as a pore forming agent with the nickel/yttria stabilized zirconia (Ni/YSZ) composite powder, molding the same in a pellet shape, and sintering the same at 1300 to 1400°C of an air atmosphere; and treating the same for 1 to 200 hours under a hydrogen reduction atmosphere by heat at 700 to 800°C.
