An eccentric lifting and mounting method for an offshore structure is disclosed. According to the present invention, the eccentric lifting and mounting method for an offshore structure comprises: a holding step of lifting and rotating an object to be lifted to be held by a holder provided to an offshore structure; a lifting point movement step of moving a lifting point of the object to be lifted to be positioned lower than the center of gravity; and a mounting step of rotating the object to be lifted with an offshore crane to mount the object in a mount which is provided to the offshore structure. |
