摘要 A 3D printing apparatus using an electrohydrodynamic phenomenon comprises: a nozzle which contains ink including particles and a solvent, discharges the ink on an insulating substrate using the electrohydrodynamic phenomenon, and forms a 3D structure with the particles on the insulating substrate as the solvent is evaporated from the ink; a conductive substrate arranged in a lower portion of the insulating substrate to support the insulating substrate; and the power electrically connected to the nozzle, and applying voltage to the nozzle to produce the electrohydrodynamic phenomenon. The power has one side terminal electrically connected to the nozzle to apply the voltage, and has the other side terminal which is grounded. The conductive substrate is grounded. The nozzle has the diameter in a range of 0.5 to 10 μm. The power applies the voltage of 150 to 500 V to the nozzle. A separated space between the nozzle and the insulating substrate is 5 to 200 μm. A steam pressure of the ink solvent is 0.01 to 127 mmHg at 25°C. Accordingly, the apparatus of the present invention can easily form the 3D structure which a user wants using the electrohydrodynamic phenomenon under the optimal process condition.
