The present invention relates to a hydrogen collection apparatus for a nuclear power plant. More particularly, the hydrogen collection apparatus comprises: a fixture installed on a ceiling of a nuclear reactor building; and a hydrogen collection means which is installed on the fixture and includes a first collector comprising polymer getters having carbon bonds. The hydrogen collection apparatus has increased efficiency of collecting hydrogen as the hydrogen collection means comprising the polymer getters having carbon bonds is attached to the ceiling of the nuclear reactor building and removes hydrogen in air moving through an upper portion of the nuclear reactor building. The hydrogen collection body comprises the polymer getters having carbon bonds, and collects a large amount of hydrogen generated in an event of a critical accident or an accident of a lost coolant when oxygen is depleted, or a critical accident occurs. Therefore, an accident caused by explosion of hydrogen in a nuclear power plant can be prevented in advance. |
