The present invention relates to a food waste dehydrating apparatus including a wiper which can easily remove remaining food waste in a dehydration container after dehydrating the food waste, and a food waste processor including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the food waste dehydrating apparatus comprises: a housing of which one side is open; a dehydration container located inside the housing to be rotated; a dehydration window formed on a side portion of the dehydration container, and where a fluid communication of the inside and the outside is possible; and a wiper located to be movable along the dehydration window. According to the present invention, since the food waste dehydrating apparatus can easily and effectively remove a residue which exists in the dehydration window after dehydrating the food waste without additional power, a problem such as the germ propagation, an occurrence of a bad smell, etc. caused by the remaining waste can be solved. In addition, the food waste dehydrating apparatus can effectively precess the food waste relatively more than a non-dehydrated food waste as dehydrating the food waste, minimizing the volume, and processing the same. |
