The present invention relates to an expression vector comprising polynucleotide encoding short hairpin RNA (shRNA) which is capable of suppressing the expression of glucoamylase by means of RNA interference (RNAi). The present invention further relates to a recombinant microorganism in which the expression vector and a gene encoding a target protein are introduced, and a method for producing the target protein using the microorganism.
