The present invention relates to an apparatus an a method for electrically stimulating a brain of a closed loop type based on a neural network response. The apparatus for electrically stimulating a brain of a closed loop type according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a multi-channel neural signal measuring unit which obtains multi-channel neural signals using a plurality of neural electrodes; a neural network analyzing unit which analyzes neural network properties based on correlation coefficient of a pair of neural signals in single nervous signals generated from the multi-channel neural signals and phase difference of local brain potential signals generated from the multi-channel neural signals; and a control unit of an electric stimulation parameter which determines a parameter value of electric stimulation applied to the brain depending on an analysis result of neural network properties.
