The present invention provides a fabric-hydrogel composite separation membrane which is characterized by a hydrogel composed of monomers cross-linked to each other within gaps on a fabric by spreading, on the fabric, a prepolymeric solution containing monomers, a cross-linking agent, a polymerization initiator, and an additive. Accordingly, it is possible to remarkably increase growth of microalgae by penetrating nutrient salts therethrough, on the basis of hydrophilicity and ion permeability of the hydrogel in a photobioreactor used for culturing microalgae. In addition, with significantly increased mechanical strength while maintaining light transmitting properties, installation and maintenance of the high-capacity photobioreactor are possible even at a harsh environment of the sea. |
