摘要 The present invention relates to a Western North Pacific Ocean surface temperature variability diagnosis modeling system using northern hemisphere climate indexes and a method thereof wherein accuracy of Western North Pacific Ocean surface temperature variability diagnosis can be increased by analyzing climate indexes having influence on change in a seawater temperature of East China Sea (ECS) and a seawater temperature of a Kuroshio-Oyashio (KOE) area. The Western North Pacific Ocean surface temperature variability diagnosis modeling system includes: a related area determination unit for selecting ad classifying an area for climate analysis; a climate index databasing unit for databasing a climate index of the determined related area and other climate indexes having influence on the climate index of a relevant related area; a prediction analysis model construction unit for constructing a prediction analysis model for prediction and analysis on the climate; an ECS processing unit for analyzing and quantifying an influence degree of the climate indexes on change in the seawater temperature of East China Sea (ECS) by using the constructed prediction model; a KOE processing unit for analyzing and quantifying an influence degree of the climate indexes on change in the seawater temperature of the Kuroshio-Oyashio (KOE) area by using the constructed prediction model; and a WNPO analysis diagnosis unit for analyzing and diagnosing change in a seawater temperature of Western North Pacific Ocean (WNPO) by using the change in the seawater temperature of East China Sea (ECS) and the change in the Kuroshio-Oyashio (KOE) area.
