摘要 The present invention relates to a disaster rescue system using a disaster rescue robot which has a spherical shape like a ball, can move to a disaster site by a throw by a user, collect disaster site information while moving in the disaster site, transmit the collected disaster site information using CDMA or GSM methods, and output evacuation information for victims of disaster. The disaster rescue system comprises: a disaster rescue robot which includes a mobile communications module installed therein, and a pair of wheels formed into a bowl shape with a bulging side and a recess side opposite to the bulging side, wherein the outer appearance of the pair of wheels forms a ball shape, and which checks whether any motion exists in the disaster site, using at least one detection means, outputs a check request signal through a speaker if a motion is detected, transmits motion capture information through a mobile communications module, and determines an operation state in response to a control signal receive through the mobile communications module; a remote controller which receives motion catch information transmitted form the disaster rescue robot, extracts an image signal to output the image signal on a screen if the image signal is included in the motion catch information, extracts a text or voice signal to output the same overlapping the video on the screen if the text or voice signal is included in the motion catch information; and a mobile communications network which provides a service enabling information transmission/reception between the disaster rescue robot and the remote controller.
