A hyperspectral imaging system of the present invention includes: a beam splitter for dividing incident light into a first direction and a second direction; a first area filter, arranged on a path of the light divided in the first direction, for transmitting light in a predetermined rage in a first spectrum area; a second area filter, arranged on a path of the light divided in the second direction, for transmitting light in a predetermined range in a second spectrum area; a first camera for measuring intensity of the light having passed through the first area filter; and a second camera for measuring intensity of the light having passed through the second area filter.
