PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program which can support optimization of character input efficiency.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: input means which consists of a plurality of input components for receiving input from a user; storage means which stores state information indicating ON or OFF of each of the plurality of input components; detection means which detects that the state information stored in the storage means has been changed; and display means which displays characters in accordance with the changed state information when the detection means detects that the state information has been changed.
