PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device that suppresses increase in bearing rotation torque without impairing durability of a bearing by suppressing exothermic heat due to high speed rotation.SOLUTION: A driving device vertically arranges a rotational shaft and a bearing supporting the rotational shaft. The driving device also includes: an oil supply/discharge device that has an oil supply nozzle for injecting lubricant to a bearing slide part from below the axial direction of the bearing, and a discharge hole for discharging lubricant, supplied into the bearing, upward in the axial direction of the bearing; and a guide plate that covers an oil reservoir groove provided at the inlet portion of the discharge hole and the slide part of the bearing in the axial upper part of the bearing, and guides lubricant discharged by the bearing to the discharge hole while synchronizing with rotation of the rotational shaft. |
