PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a housing caused by breakage of a plunger.SOLUTION: A cylindrical guide 30 is disposed in a housing hole 111 on an outer peripheral side of a tappet part 172 and a tappet spring 18. When a plunger 17 is broken and the tappet part 172 which is a broken piece thereof is about to move to a sliding direction A, the guide 30 is abutted to a housing hole inner wall 112, and a movement range of the guide 30 and the tappet part 172 to the sliding direction A is regulated. Accordingly, intrusion of the tappet part 172 into a gap between a housing body 11 and a cam ring 16 is prevented, and damage of the housing body 11 can be prevented. |
