The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for injecting a drug of a stent. Especially, the apparatus injects the drug into the stent, and makes the drug be continuously discharged. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: the stent coated with a porous membrane; an injection portion which injects the drug into the membrane of the stent; a drug tank connected to the injection portion, and supplying the drug; a high pressure tank connected to the injection portion, and making the drug be injected into the membrane at high pressure through the injection portion; and a control portion which controls the injection portion. The apparatus makes the drug, sprayed from the injection portion at high pressure, permeate inside the membrane and be sealed.
