摘要 The present invention relates to a pressurized injection mold and, more specifically, to a pressurized injection mold which injects the air or gas into an internal space, which is formed as a fixing mold and an operating mold are combined, removes a dehydration process and a gas removal process of an injection material to make the air, inserted inside the injection material, not exposed to the outside by injecting the injection material while being pressurized at higher pressure than an air pressure so that an operation speed is improved and production costs are reduced while the quality and the intensity of an injection-molded product are improved at the same time. The pressurized injection mold has a remarkable effect of increasing a sealing property by combining a packing or an O-ring in a shape of covering an entire cavity of a mold and of maintaining a condition by increasing the pressure of the inside of the mold. In the injection mold, a material injection passage is formed; a flow passage connected to the material injection passage is formed; and a pin hole is formed to discharge a firm material in the flow passage on one side of the flow passage formed in the operating mold among the flow passages. Discharging a product can be smoothly done. Since an extension portion, which is extended for a certain distance in a direction where the material flows, is formed, the flow passage can similarly maintain an inflow pressure of the material entered into each cavity.
