The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a flood lighting in emergency which can automatically turn on the flood lighting in emergency to secure illumination for evacuation. The apparatus comprises: a flood lighting serving as a light; an external lighting control panel for controlling the turning-on and off of the flood lighting according to a manual operation of a lighting control switch; and a flood lighting auto-control device for automatically supplying driving power to the flood lighting to turn on the flood lighting regardless of an operation of the external lighting control panel when an emergency signal is sensed due to occurrence of an emergency situation. Accordingly, the apparatus of the present invention can promptly and automatically turn on the flood lighting when the emergency situation occurs, so sufficient illumination can be secured in an evacuation situation so as to help a prompt evacuation.
