PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis data extraction device for extracting diagnosis data for diagnosing the abnormality of a vehicle, the device making it possible to extract diagnosis data with which fault diagnosis can be performed appropriately.SOLUTION: In a fault diagnosis system, the vehicle data generated by a vehicle that is the object to be diagnosed is acquired (S110), and a time segment that is a fit pattern that is preset assuming that the running state of the vehicle is appropriate for fault diagnosis is specified on the basis of the vehicle data (S115). At least a portion of the vehicle data generated in a time segment that is the fit pattern is extracted as diagnosis data (S120). According to a fault diagnosis system such as this, as the vehicle data of a time segment in which a running state is the fit pattern is extracted as diagnosis data, it is possible to extract data in which running states are almost of the same condition. |
