PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit frame data for image data without applying load on communication network.SOLUTION: A distribution control system according to an embodiment comprises: a generating section that generates frame data; a converting section that, if the frame data has been updated beyond a predetermined range, converts the frame data into first conversion frame data or second conversion frame data, and if the frame data has not been updated beyond the predetermined range, converts the frame data to third conversion frame data or fourth conversion frame data; and a transmitting section that, if the frame data has been updated beyond a predetermined range, transmits the first conversion frame data or second conversion frame data, and if the frame data has not been updated beyond the predetermined range, divides the third conversion frame data into the number N of divisions, then, transmits them, and periodically transmits fourth conversion frame data until the frame data are updated beyond the predetermined range. |
