PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an initiator capable of reducing an SA implementation time while achieving secure communication simultaneously with a plurality of links.SOLUTION: The initiator includes: an IPSec control unit 160 for the search of a communication interface to which the same SA is applicable; an IKE control unit 140 for performing negotiation for secure communication with the responder; and a database control unit 150 for registering information determined and exchanged through the negotiation between with the responder. The IKE control unit 140 transmits to the responder the information of the communication interface to which the same SA is applicable, and registers the information of the communication interface, to which the same SA is applicable, to the same entry of the database control unit 150, to thereby configure a plurality of links capable of secure communication with the responder and enable secure communication using the same SA. |
