The present invention relates to a pleated filter cutting device wherein the length of a pleated filter continuously discharged from a filter press brake is counted by an encoder through a first sprocket having sawteeth and a cut pleated filter is provided by a cutting part when the pleated filter is transferred to a predetermined position in order to obtain a cut pleated filter having an accurate and undifferentiated length by a sensor. To achieve this, the pleated filter cutting device comprises: a table (110) provided in one side of a filter press brake (1) to allow the discharged pleated filter (200) or the cut pleated filter (210) to be seated; a driving part (120) comprising a support bracket (122) provided in one side of the table (110), a first sprocket (124) provided in one side of the support bracket (122) and having a plurality of sawtooth (125) to make the folded part of the pleated filter (200) engaged, a motor (126) for generating rotatory power to make the first sprocket (124) rotate in one direction, and the encoder (128) for measuring the number of revolutions of the first sprocket (124) to gain the transferred distance of the pleated filter (200); and the cutting part (130) provided in one side of the driving part (120) to cut the pleated filter (200) and gain the cut pleated filter (210) when the pleated filter (200) is placed in a cutting position by a sensing signal of the encoder (128). |
