PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management device which displays a graph to assist an operator to particularly determine normality/abnormality of an equipment state in managing the equipment state.SOLUTION: A facility management device includes: equipment data collection means for collecting state information of an equipment device being a management object, at a predetermined cycle; equipment data storage means for recording collected equipment data with collection time; graph selection means for allowing an operator to select a desired graph image from a displayed menu; evaluation and determination criteria input means for inputting an evaluation period and evaluation criteria of the management object defined in a selected graph; abnormality determination means for determining abnormality of graph data on the basis of the inputted evaluation and determination criteria; evaluation and determination criteria change means for changing the evaluation and determination criteria until equipment data determined to be abnormal becomes a prescribed number; and a graph display means for displaying a graph in accordance with defined graph setting data. |
