PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that prevents the occurrence of filming and has excellent low-temperature fixability, high-temperature offset resistance, and heat-resistant storage property, and a developer including the toner.SOLUTION: In titration measurement for methanol hydrophobicity of a toner for electrostatic charge development, the hydrophobicity at which the transmittance of a measurement sample is 90% and the hydrophobicity at which the transmittance is 40% are both 40% or more, and the difference between the hydrophobicity at which the transmittance is 90% and the hydrophobicity at which the transmittance is 40% is 5% or more and less than 15%. |
