PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid type secondary battery which enables the achievement of a good efficiency of use of a lithium ion.SOLUTION: An all-solid type secondary battery comprises: a columnar or cylindrical current collector of a first pole; a first active material covering the outer surface of the current collector of the first pole; a solid electrolyte covering the outer surface of the first active material; a second active material covering the outer surface of the solid electrolyte; a current collector of a second pole covering the outer surface of the second active material; and an insulator layer covering the outer surface of the current collector of the second pole.
