PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted cable production apparatus which conducts a wire end process and twisting by a single apparatus and reduces the tact time.SOLUTION: A twisted cable production apparatus 1 includes a drawing unit 1300 which draws end-processed top parts of a plurality of wires and a wire twisting unit 1400 for twisting of wires with both ends end-processed. The top parts of wires drawn by the drawing unit 1300 are delivered to a top rotation unit 1400A by a reception unit 1600, and the parts are delivered to a tail rotation unit 1400B by a reception unit 1700. After clamps 1410 of the top rotation unit 1400A are moved to the tail side to eliminate slack of the wire, the individual rotation units are rotated, and the mutual interval between both the clamps and tension to be applied to the wire are adjusted.
