摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sneaking of a current between battery modules by a simple circuit configuration, and to transmit to a drive circuit an on/off-control signal for MOS-FET switches individually isolating each battery module without using an insulation circuit.SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 in which a plurality of battery modules 20 are connected in parallel, comprises: respective MOS-FET switches 22 and 23 provided for each battery module, and each of which opens and closes a charge and discharge current path of the own battery module; drive circuits 14 each of which outputs an opening/closing signal to each MOS-FET switch, is connected with each reference potential line 15 connected with a reference potential conductor 17 of a potential common to the drive circuits, and outputs an opening/closing signal using the potential of the reference potential line as a reference to a gate of a MOS-FET switch whose source is connected with each reference potential line; and diodes 18 each inserted into each reference potential line connecting between each reference potential conductor and the source of each MOS-FET switch.
