PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition which has no stickiness when using while being thickened, has an excellent moist and smooth feeling, and has a long-lasting effect thereof without being removed by washing or sweating.SOLUTION: A cosmetic composition contains (i) polyalkylene oxide degenerative material obtained by reacting a polyalkylene oxide compound, diol compound, and diisocyanate compound, and (ii) polyhydric alcohol, wherein 0.5-20 mass% of the polyalkylene oxide degenerative material is contained. |
