PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, a method and a program, capable of determining a landmark position more accurately and stably, in more three-dimensional images.SOLUTION: In each of a plurality of three-dimensional images having each different photography condition in which the same landmark of the same patient is photographed in common, the landmark is detected, and one representative position is determined from a plurality of position coordinates on a plurality of three-dimensional images from which the landmark is detected, and the calculated representative position is stored as the landmark position in each three-dimensional image. |
