PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an idle tone, i.e., a periodic quantized noise generated by delta sigma modulation.SOLUTION: An idle tone distribution device 1A includes n FDSM(1)-FDSM(n), a phase adjustment section 10 for generating n sets of output measured signal and output reference signal, by adjusting the phase of a measured signal Fx and a reference signal Fc relatively so that the phase of idle tone is different entirely, and supplying the n sets of output measured signal and output reference signal to n FDSM(1)-FDSM(n), respectively, and an adder 30 for adding the output data OUT1-OUTn of the FDSM(1)-FDSM(n) and outputting a frequency delta sigma modulation signal Y. |
