PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information technique capable of suitably suppressing easy viewing of a viewing device installed in a facility by the users thereof.SOLUTION: A server 1 capable of controlling a viewing device 2 installed in a house H includes a limitation starting section F11 for starting limitation of operation of the viewing device 2 upon receiving a limitation instruction for limiting the viewing of the viewing device 2, from an authenticated administrator, a problem transmitting section F16 for transmitting the information of a problem to be solved by the user of the viewing device 2 to a user terminal 3, when the limitation of operation of the viewing device 2 is started by the limitation starting section F11, and the fact that the set user terminal 3 is in the house H, and a limitation releasing section F17 for releasing the limitation of operation of the viewing device 2, when receiving the answer for the problem, and the information of the answer thus received is the correct answer for the problem. |
