PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a system for performing communication control that is efficient and follows a network situation.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: a control device for relaying communication between a plurality of communication devices; and a policy management device for managing a control content, which is a processing content of communication control. The control device inquires of the policy management device a control content to be applied to relay of communication; selects one control content from a plurality of control contents included in a response that is to the control content inquiry and is received from the policy management device; controls relay of communication between the plurality of communication devices, according to the selected control content; analyzes a communication situation between the plurality of communication devices; determines whether or not it is necessary to replace the selected control content with another control content, on the basis of a result of the analysis; and replaces the selected control content with a control content that is included in the plurality of control contents included in the response to the control content inquiry and differs from the selected control content, when it is determined that it is necessary to replace the selected control content with another control content. |
