PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automation while reducing damage that is caused on a coil in assembling, and to reduce time required for the assembling.SOLUTION: A stator manufacturing device 20 comprises: an insertion jig 21 which can be inserted into an inner periphery of a stator core 10 and has a plurality of holding grooves 23 formed on an outer periphery thereof corresponding to slots 12 respectively; and a pressing jig 31 which has pushers 33, whose widths are reduced toward the tips thereof, arranged corresponding to the holding grooves 23. The tips of the pushers 33 of the pressing jig 31 are inserted into the corresponding holding grooves 23, and a pair of side parts 16a and 16b of a coil 16 inserted into the holding grooves 23 is pushed out to an outer diameter side to be inserted into the slots 12. At an outer periphery of the insertion jig 21 are formed recessed grooves 24 which a holding tool 17, which holds the pair of side parts entering the holding grooves 23, can enter. The device is further provided with an auxiliary tool 35 that is interposed between bottom faces of the holding grooves 23 and the pair of side parts and forms, at end parts of the holding grooves 23, spaces which tips of the pushers 31 can enter. |
