PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system stabilization system for performing calculation for performing overload protection on the basis of information on a power system after occurrence of an accident.SOLUTION: A system stabilization system comprises: (1) a system information collection unit 2 for collecting system information on a power system; (2) a system model creation unit 3 for creating a prior system model P1 from the collected system information at a constant cycle; (3) an accident detection unit 4a for detecting occurrence of an accident in the power system and removal of the accident; (4) a system model freezing unit 4b for freezing the prior system model P1 created by the system model creation unit in the case of having detected an accident in the power system; (5) a posterior system model creation unit 5c for creating a posterior system model P3 on the basis of the frozen prior system model P2 and information on the power system after removal of the accident; (6) an overload determination unit 6a for determining the presence of an overload location in the power system, on the basis of the posterior system model P3; and (7) a control target selection unit 6b for selecting a control target on the basis of the overload location. |
