PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush device in which noise of a motor can be reduced by suppressing brush vibration effectively with no difference in both directions of rotation.SOLUTION: A brush device 1 has at least a brush body of substantially prismatic shape, and a brush holder 12. The brush holder 12 has a brush holder bottom face wall 12C formed into a substantially V-shaped groove, and the brush body 11 has a brush body bottom face 11c formed into a substantially V-shaped flange protruding toward the brush holder bottom face wall 12C. The substantially V-shaped cutting angle of the brush holder bottom face wall 12C is set larger than the substantially V-shaped protrusion angle of the brush body bottom face 11c. |
