The present invention relates to an exhaust heat recovery apparatus and, more specifically, to an air bubble discharge structure of an exhaust heat recovery apparatus, comprising: a first air bubble capturing part installed in a heat exchanger and combined with the lower end of a cooling water inlet for supplying cooling water inside the heat exchanger; a second air bubble capturing part installed in the heat exchanger and combined with the lower end of a cooling water outlet for discharging cooling water outside the heat exchanger; and a connection passage for connecting a gap between the first air bubble capturing part and the second air bubble capturing part. Air bubbles captured in the first air bubble capturing part of the cooling water inlet are discharged through the cooling water outlet after being delivered to the second air bubble capturing part through the connecting passage. Moreover, air bubbles generated in a cooling water inlet are easily discharged toward the cooling water outlet through the connecting passage regardless of stationary state of a vehicle.
