PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill device capable of establishing turning force efficiently when wind is received by a wing made of a film material.SOLUTION: A blade 20 or a wing includes: a hollow body 21 formed of a flexible film material 29; and an air inlet for feeding pressurizing fluid to a hollow space 211 inside of the hollow body 21. When the pressure of the hollow space 211 is caused to become higher than the pressure of the outside of the hollow body 21 by the pressurizing fluid fed from the air inlet, moreover, the hollow body 21 appears as a blade shape, and the film material 29 provides the outer surface of the blade 20. |
