PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a medical care record of a patient recorded on a recording medium, to an arbitrary terminal device desired by the patient.SOLUTION: A medical care record transfer system S includes a mobile device 2 to be used by a user, and an input device 1 capable of communicating with the mobile device 2. The input device 1 includes: an input section 151 for inputting and receiving a diagnostic image 120 recorded on a recording medium 100; a storage section 12 for temporarily storing the input diagnostic image 120; and a medical care record transfer section 153 for transferring the stored diagnostic image 120 to the mobile device 2. |
