PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate COemission reduction amount due to the introduction of ICT solution with a small processing load.SOLUTION: A main factor specification processing part 14B is configured to, on the basis of main factor specification information stored in a main factor specification DB 12, specify a main factor among activity items, and a COemission amount calculation part 14C is configured to, on the basis of a COemission basic unit stored in a COemission basic unit DB 13, calculate COemission amounts related to the main factor before and after the introduction of an ICT(Information and Communication Technology) solution, and an emission reduction amount calculation part 14 is configured to calculate a COemission reduction amount due to the main factor from a difference between the COemission amounts before and after the introduction of the ICT solution, and to divide the COemission reduction amount by the preliminarily set reduction occupancy of the main factor to calculate the COemission reduction total amount of the whole respective activity items. |
