PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that restrictions occur in an available processor at a point of view of an H/W resource such as a cache size owned by the processor in order to correspond to a plurality of protocols by using one processor.SOLUTION: Communication equipment includes: reception means for receiving a packet from the other communication equipment; a first processor for, when the received packet has first address length, performing first protocol processing to the packet; a second processor for, when the received packet has second address length, performing second protocol processing to the packet; and transfer means for, on the basis of the address length of the received packet, transferring the packet to the first processor or the second processor. |
